NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Village Board of the Village of Port Leyden shall conduct a public hearing on Monday, April 17th, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Community Hall located at 3387 Douglas Street, Port Leyden, New York, to consider installing meters for industrial and commercial water/sewer users. This public hearing will address switching from a flat rate billing schedule to a metered billing schedule and the associated rates for both water and sewer. It is proposed to take effect June 1, 2023 and shall apply to all industrial and commercial users including inside and outside users. All persons wishing to be heard on this matter should be present at the place, time and date aforestated or have submitted written comments in advance. Any persons requiring special accommodations in order to attend or participate in such hearing should notify the Village Clerk three (3) business days prior to the meeting.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Village Board of the Village of Port Leyden shall conduct a public hearing on Monday, April 17, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Justice Building located at 3514 Mechanic Street, Port Leyden, New York, for the tentative budget for the Fiscal year 2023-2024.
A full copy of the tentative budget is available at the office of the Village Clerk and can be reviewed by the public. The proposed salaries of each member of the Board of Trustees and the Mayor included in this budget are as follows:
