NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Village Board of the Village of Port Leyden shall conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Community Hall located at 3387 Douglas Street, Port Leyden, New York, regarding a proposed local law to address prior written notice/notification of defects. All persons wishing to be heard on this matter should be present at the place, time and date aforestated or have submitted written comments in advance. Any persons requiring special accommodations in order to attend or participate in such hearing should notify the Village Clerk three (3) business days prior to the meeting.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Village Board of the Village of Port Leyden shall conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at the Village Community Hall located at 3387 Douglas Street, Port Leyden, New York, to consider an amendment to the local law regarding all-terrain vehicles and snowmobiles within the Village of Port Leyden. The amendment increases the fines, removes language creating exceptions for travel on Village roads for ingress and egress, and allows for travel on Village streets with permission of the Village Board for special events. A full copy of the local law is available for inspection at the Village Office by appointment only. All persons wishing to be heard on this matter should be present at the place, time and date aforestated or have submitted written comments in advance. Any persons requiring special accommodations in order to attend or participate in such hearing should notify the Village Clerk three (3) business days prior to the meeting.
